A round that would be good for Cape Buffalo would probably get the job done. On the flip side, it's central nervous system isn't centralized, so you'd have to get a lot of internal damage to actually kill the thing. Given that, I would say that a Rockeye Cluster Bomb is your best bet. Barring that, a .30 caliber machine gun would do well.
