FYI, spoilers for Serenity and 3:10 to Yuma ahead.  If you’ve not seen either and don’t want to have major plot points ruined, don’t click beneath the fold.

If you have seen those movies, you’ll know that Alan Tudyk played Wash in Firefly/Serenity, as well as some cheeky doctor/veterinarian in 3:10 to Yuma.  In both movies, he gets killed after delivering a celebratory one-liner after he and his comrades escape certain death.

I guess the moral of the story is that if you find yourself in a movie with Alan Tudyk, and you two are in mortal peril, pray that he delivers a one-liner because he’s sure to catch a bullet/giant spike thingy to the chest.

    That is EXACTLY what the spousal unit and I exchanged “wtf” looks about in 3:10!

    Did you see him in the CSI episode he did? VERY different ending.
