Uncle has his breakdown of DC’s brief in the Heller case here.

Update 5: DC’s gun laws are reasonable. No kidding, they say that.

This is going to be a wild ride, I’m definitely looking forward to the audio transcripts of the arguments.

    I live nearby and I am DESPERATELY trying to get the day off to go down there on the 18th and wait in line to see history made.
