As you know, eBay is really anti-gun. Their response to VA Tech was to ban the sale of gun parts, and they won’t sell some things that even just look like guns. Their justification for all this is that they don’t want to contribute to crime or something.
Of course, they’re fine with selling switchblades. Like Uncle says, that’s odd because shipping switchblades interstate is illegal at the federal level. So, according to eBay policy, the legal transactions of firearms through an FFL are a no-no, but the illegal shipping of switchblades across state lines is fine.
Makes perfect sense.
There are alot of exceptions to the law.
