    At the company that I work at they did the reviews and then canceled all cost of living raises and required us to take an unpaid day off every three weeks. I don’t really mind as long as it helps in the long term.

    However the week when we have to take a day off we get paid overtime for anything over 32 hours, so as you can imagine everyone works overtime that week.
